Different spaces.
Different stories.

A collection of spaces, ideas and architectural explorations.

Each one begins with a different question.

SELECTED WORK

Cosette Bar

Hospitality · Damascus Old Town

A place for the evening to unfold.

In Damascus Old Town, sweeping timber arches frame a lively mix of green glazed tile, patterned floors and warm light. Mirrored surfaces deepen the room, while floral upholstery adds an unexpected softness. An intimate bar with a layered character, made for conversation and evenings that linger.

SELECTED WORK

Elie Hallak

Jewellery Retail · Damascus

A considered setting for precious things.

A sculpted timber frontage introduces an interior of ivory panelling, glass and fine gold-toned detailing. Illuminated vitrines frame each collection, while seated consultation areas bring a more personal scale to the space. The design balances the precision of display with the warmth of a welcoming interior.

SELECTED WORK

Monolith

Retail · Design Study

A quiet exterior. An unexpected encounter.

Raw concrete frames a soaring red sculpture, drawing the eye from the street into the space. Warm light, deep burgundy and precise metal details bring intimacy to the monumental scale.

SELECTED CONCEPT

The Sculptural Sanctuary

Pilates Studio · Design Study

Movement held within stillness.

A continuous curve gathers walls and ceiling into one sculptural gesture. Daylight moves across warm ivory surfaces, while deep burgundy anchors the room—a Pilates studio shaped around focus, rhythm and a slower pace.

18+ YEARS

Design, production and client-side delivery.

I’m Anas Abdallah, a Syrian interior architect, Design Director and Consultant based in Dubai, with over 18 years of experience across hospitality, retail and residential design.

I began my career in Damascus. Since then, I’ve worked across design direction, project management, production and execution, coordinating technical teams and representing clients through design and construction.

I enjoy exploring ideas that feel different, and working through the materials, details and decisions that bring them into a real space.

A family tradition of furniture making, continued through GA BESPOKE, keeps craftsmanship close to the way I work.

For me, good design is not only about what you see. It’s about the thinking and decisions behind it.

PROCESS

A good idea is only the beginning.

Imagining a space is one part of the work. Understanding how it comes together is another.

From the first sketch to materials, drawings, coordination and execution, the details matter.
05 · COLLABORATE

A space, an idea, a project or simply a conversation about design.

I’d love to hear about it.
